How to make the Apple Crumble Cheese Cake
I like apple desserts,s, especially with crumble style toppings. You can adjust the sugar and spices. Some people prefer the taste of allspice instead of cinnamon.
Apples are in season, and preparing this delicious Apple Crumble Cheesecake with caramel sauce is one of the greatest ways to use them. It’s rich but not excessively sweet!!
You can use any apples but cooking apples like Granny smith is better since they are slightly sour and maintain their shape well in the oven. If you don’t have these, use the ones that are the most similar.

Instructions
- For the Graham Cracker Crust

- Add graham cracker crumbs, dark brown sugar, and butter into a medium bowl. The moisture in brown sugar helps to solidify the crust. Process until the mixture clumps together like wet sand.
- Press mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch baking pan and bake it for 350 degrees F/180 degrees C for about 5 minutes. Keep it aside.
- For the Crumble
- In another medium bowl, add butter, all-purpose flour, cinnamon, brown sugar. Use a fork or a pastry cutter to mix the ingredients until it looks like small peas and just begins to clump together. Add oats and combine very well.
- For the Cheesecake filling
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing. If you beat cold cream cheese with other ingredients it will result in a chunky cheesecake filling.
- Add all ingredients for Cheesecake filling into a medium bowl. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to combine all together. Beat the mixture until it is fluffy and mousse-like consistency.
- Layer the cheese mixture onto the graham crust
- Layer the apple slices on the cheesecake filling
- Sprinkle crumble mixture evenly on top of the apple slices
- Bake at 350 degrees F/180 degrees C for about 30 minutes
