Recipe: It is one of our favourite family recipe and each time we make it’s slightly different flavours and still taste wonderful. That is the best part of this, so versatile. You can keep it in the Fridge up to a week. Hope you will try and enjoy!!! 1tbsp oil 1/2 medium onion finely chopped 1 lb ground beef or chicken boiled 1/2 tsp each turmeric, paprika, black pepper, coriander and garam masala powders 2 tbsp oil 1 medium onion (1/2 fine, 1/2 diced) 1 tsp turmeric 454g mushrooms sliced 1 -2 medium carrots julienned 2 celery stalks thinnly sliced 1 bell peppers small cubes 1 tomatoe large dice 1 cup frozen veggies of choice (optional) 30-40oz tomatoe sauce (any 1tsp italian seasoning flavour) 2 tbsp parsley chopped salt and pepper to taste
